Sheridan City Treasurer Karen Burtis reported to the City Council on Monday night that the monthly tax is up considerably at 34.2%, or $108,571, over May 2020.

She reported that this is the single largest monthly increase since November 2013.

The year-to-date tax is up 10.3%, or $417,549, over this time last year.  So far this year, we have received $1,280,713 more than we budgeted for the year.

The monthly internet tax is up 49.8%, or $12,841, over May 2020.

The year-to-date internet tax is up 42.7%, or $112,993, over this time last year.
