Dr. Rodney S. Bisbee, of Sheridan, passed away on Monday, November 14, 2016, at the Sheridan Memorial Hospital. A celebration of life reception will be held Saturday, December 10 from 1 to 4 pm at Highland Park Elementary School gymnasium (2 Mydland Rd., Sheridan, WY).
