CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — A 25-year-old man is in custody after a shooting that left two people dead and two others injured in Wyoming.

The Cheyenne Police Department says officers responding to a call about 4:30 p.m. Monday of shots being fired at an east Cheyenne residence found an adult male and adult female dead from gunshot wounds and two juvenile males injured.

The names of the victims were not immediately released.

About two hours later, officers spotted a man in a nearby field and arrested him without incident.

Police identified him as Andrew Weaver, of Cheyenne. There was no information on whether Weaver had an attorney.
