As reported earlier, Johnson County has seen a strong start to the new fiscal year with sales tax revenue up more 11%.
The bad news came on Tuesday when County Assessor Deb Robinson announced that the State Board of Equalization had certified the 2020 valuation at $364 million…more than $50 million less than the previous year.
