Now in its 7th year, it matches kids with adult volunteers both men and women.

Right now, there’s a lack of male volunteers in the program but Derek Andrews believes the benefits of becoming a mentor are worth it…

Andrews is the Director of Sheridan College in Johnson County and added that it’s an opportunity of sharing life experiences with the next generation…
