At its Tuesday meeting, the Johnson County Commission set the amount available for 1% allocations to county entities at $225K.
That amount was determined to be 25% of the $900K allocated based on the 1% sales tax collected last year.
The county’s awards would be announced at the next meeting on March 19th.
