The Buffalo Rotary Club’s plans to provide intent a new labyrinth for the community caught an unexpected delay at City Council meeting on Tuesday.
During the May 2nd council meeting, Rotarian Steve Adami had asked the Council for permission to place the labyrinth in a vacant park at the north end of Adams Street.
Mayor Mike Johnson told Adami that the Adams Street location was not possible due to the city’s use of the area for snow storage in the winter.
Other city property areas were offered, but Adami told the Mayor none of those areas would be as good as the Adams property…
The City Council agreed to review
additional property areas that might meet the requirements for providing a true labyrinth experience.
