A change of plea hearing was held Wednesday in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan for a woman charged with multiple felonies. 40-year-old Nicole Goodman of Fresno, California and Mark Anthony of Gillette were arrested by the Sheridan County Sheriff’s Office for breaking into a construction trailer in Sheridan County. Goodman, at a hearing in District Court Wednesday, pleaded guilty to the charge of felony burglary. The plea agreement reached with the State recommends a sentence of 3 to 5 years in prison and that a secondary charge of conspiracy to commit burglary be dismissed as part of the agreement.
