SHERIDAN, WY— Representatives from Peaks to Plains Design and PROS Consulting, two of the entities hired to prepare Sheridan’s latest parks and recreation master plan, held a meeting on Thursday at the Fulmer Public Library, to update the public on the results from the study that was conducted in regards to Sheridan’s park system.
The study polled residents of Sheridan and the surrounding communities as to what people liked, disliked, and wanted to see when it came to Sheridan’s parks system.
Mike Spence of PROS Consulting, who carried out the survey and prepared the study, said Sheridan residents overwhelmingly wanted to see more trails and pathways in the community.
Jolene Rieck of Peaks to Plains Design added that the firms noticed another common theme in the survey results:
