Resolution 615 was passed on Tuesday by the Johnson County Commission, setting the 2019-2020 operational budget at just shy of $12 million, nearly $1.7 million less than the previous year.
The total appropriation for the county is $48,588,752.81 that includes funding for the fair, the library, the museum, 1% sales& use tax, along with slightly more than $28 million in reserves.
