Wyoming Governor Matt Mead was in Buffalo on Friday to deliver a speech to the Wyoming Stock Growers’ Association at its annual conference.
The Governor referred to US Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke’s recent call for a review of the sage grouse management plan with an interest to consider population and not habitat as the primary consideration to the bird’s protection.
