As winter appears to be just around the corner, Buffalo City Councilman Travis Lawrence recapped “Operation Pothole” as a guest on the KBBS Morning Show recently.
Last winter’s abnormally cold winter and the spring thawing created a number of street issues for the Public Works Department and Lawrence was pleased with the work completed in the summer months…
He also indicated the city has plans to borrow from the city’s reserves in 2020 to expand next year’s chip and seal effort.
