Buffalo is growing.
That was the message yesterday from city Building Inspector Toby Rhoades.
Rhoades spoke to the local Kiwanis chapter during its monthly luncheon and reported that 294 building permits were issued during the fiscal year ending June 30th.
More importantly, 16 were for new homes…
Rhoades stated that only 3 of the new home permits were for “spec” homes.
