Buffalo’s City Council has voted to approve and accept an Infrastructure Agreement between the city and Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores, which is proposing to build a new facility east of Buffalo.The company is proposing to build a truck stop on land behind the existing Big Horn Tire Center on Highway 16 East, near the I-90 interchange, which is not inside the city limits.
