UPDATE: AMBER ALERT has been lifted. Gregory Marks has been found safe and recovered by law enforcement in Aurora, CO. Mijito Johnson has been arrested.
CHEYENNE, WY— Cheyenne Police Officers are investigating the abduction of 1-year old Gregory Marks by a non-custodial parent, Mijito Johnson, 26, of Cheyenne which took place at approximately 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Marks is one-year-old and was last wearing dark gray jogger pants, light gray tennis shoes and a longsleeve beige shirt with a moose. Marks is 31 inches, 21 pounds and has long brown hair gray/hazel eyes.
