By the looks of the upcoming weekend’s activities, the “summer fun” season is underway.
In Buffalo, the Town & Country Garden Club is holding its annual plant sale on Saturday morning at Crazy Woman Square.
On Saturday night, the Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce is bringing laughter to Buffalo as the WYO LAFFS Comedy duo of Daren Bulow and Don Haines take the stage at the Summit Church’s Family Life Center at 980 N. Main Street. Tickets will be available at the door for $15 each and discounts for those 12 & under, 65 and over, and veterans.
In between those events is the “Baaahfulo” Sheep Fest, yet another original entertainment event by Buffalo Events, LLC.
The event is scheduled for noon to 5pm at Prosinski Park, with a “running of the sheep” down Main Street at 11:30am, according to Buffalo Events organizer Anka Kottman…
The festival is boasting more than 26 vendors, providing food, beverage, and for sale items.
There will be music and Mountain Meadow Wool will provide a wool spinning demonstration with a number of locally created items for sale.

In Sheridan, the Sheridan Community Land Trust will holding its annual Trailfest at Kendrick Park beginning Friday night with an outdoor showing of the 1984 classic “Ghostbusters”.

Not only is the Little Bighorn Trout Unlimited group holding a fly fishing and spin casting clinic, but a group of trail lovers are issuing a dollar-for-dollar fundraising challenge to support ongoing efforts to create and maintain trails in the Bighorn Mountain area.
Food and beverage vendors will be on hand for the entire event and the Trailfest closes with music by the Nate Champion Band and the Wyoming Band.
