A bill that would have regulated video games of skill died in the house committee last Friday.
State Representative Richard Tass commented on HB206 prior to its demise with the major issue surrounding the argument over a county’s decision to “opt in” or “opt out” of having the skill games within its boundaries…
The committee vote was 5-4 in its defeat.
