Tommy Vern Noecker, 73, of Banner, Wyoming passed away Monday, February 4, 2019 at his home.  He was born August 26, 1945 in Alameda, California to Louis Peter and Shirley Mae (Ritts) Noecker.

He married Deeann Minor on May 30, 1990.  Tommy worked as a welder for Decker Coal Mine.  Before working at the coal mine he worked in construction.  He also owned his own welding business, Western Steel Fabrication, for many years.

Tommy was a master craftsman who enjoyed making miniature cannons among other things.  He was a metal artisan.  He was an inventor and classic car restorer.  He rebuilt a 1932 Ford truck, an old Mercury car, among other vehicles.  Tommy and his wife built a beautiful home which they loved.  He and Deeann loved traveling, particularly to the Caribbean islands.  They enjoyed talking about their grand adventures.  Tommy was always there to lend a helping hand to those in need.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son Zak Noecker, and brother Jerry Noecker.  Tommy is survived by his wife, Deeann of Banner; sons, Josh Noecker of Cheyenne, WY and David Noecker of Sheridan, WY and stepson, Colin Minor of Denver; sister, Deanna Matteson of Cody, WY; and twelve grandchildren.
