Funeral Services for Steven McGee,62 year old Buffalo resident who passed away quietly Saturday at the Johnson County Health Care Center in Buffalo, will be held Tuesday, January 2nd at 2:00 p.m. from the New Life Assembly of God Church in Buffalo with Pastor Bill Nicholson officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Harness Funeral Home Chapel and from 8:00 a.m. until noon on Tuesday. Interment will be in Willow Grove Cemetery with graveside services to follow the funeral. Steven Craig McGee was born on July 11, 1955 in Loma Linda, California to Clyde and Dorothy McGee. He grew up and went to school in Yucaipa, California and graduated from Green Valley High School in Yucaipa. After high school he worked as a roofer for many years. He also worked in home construction. In September of 2009 he moved to Buffalo, Wyoming where he took a job with the Johnson County Health Care Center where he worked until ill health forced him to retire in October of 2017. Steve loved spending time in the mountains and was an accomplished harmonica player.
He is survived by his partner Rosemarie Ramirez of Buffalo; one son Steven McGee Jr. of Buffalo and Victoria McGee also of Buffalo; one sister Cindy Nunnally of Yucaipa, California and one granddaughter, Jasmin Garcia. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Mike McGee.
