Sheridan Memorial Hospital’s new COVID-19 vaccination clinic has been in operation for slightly more than a week and it appears to be making a difference in the fight against the virus.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Addlesperger shared some impressive vaccination numbers yesterday during a press briefing…
Dr. Addlesperger indicated that the scheduling process at the clinic has resulted in absolutely no waste in the doses available to the Sheridan community…
The number of vaccine doses increased to 2350 in the month of February and Dr. Addlesperger predicted the number of doses provided to the Sheridan community should increase by 3 to 5% by March.
Once a sufficient number of residents over the age of 70 are vaccinated, the hospital is prepared to move to the next priority list of residents ages 65 to 69.
