Senator John Barrasso has been chosen to chair the Senate Comittee on Environment and Public Works for the 115th Congress.
In a released statement, Barrasso said he was looking forward passing legislation that helps improve the lives of all Americans.
Barrasso also indicated that he intends to focus on measures that will remove red-tape and bureaucratic barriers to economic development, while ensuring clean air, land, and water for every American.
