Sarah Emma Ritenour McGraw passed from this life into her heavenly home on May 13, 2017. Sarah was a resident of Sheridan, Wyoming for 14 years.
Sarah was the oldest of nine children born to Richard C. and Evelyn Mae (Nesbit) Ritenour. She was born September 27, 1922 in Fairfield TWP., PA.
Surviving are her brothers Earl W., George E. and Donald C. Ritenour; her daughter, Doris E. (Kenneth) Thoma of Sheridan, Wyoming; and her son, William E. (Diane) McGraw of Phoenix, Arizona; 7 grandchildren (William, Amy, Brian, Michael, Marsha, Wendi, and Daniel); and 8 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvin, her daughter, Barbara and her son-in-law, Tak Fujimagari, as well as her brothers, Joseph C., Richard Glen, and James A., Ritenour, her sisters, Anna Mary Reid and infant sister, Evelyn.
Funeral services were held on May 22nd in Blairsville, PA.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 145 Crescent Drive, in Sheridan, with Pastor Phil Wold officiating.
