95 year-old Raymond Plank will be honored during this year’s Ucross Community Christmas Party on Saturday.
Held every year at the Creative Center bearing his name, the event will feature a narrative display of stories, photographs, and films that represent his vision for Ucross and his many accomplishments.
As always, the Christmas event will also include a reading by Longmire author Craig Johnson and a fireworks display by Senator Bruce Burns.
This year, the Buffalo High School Balladiers will be singing a medley of Christmas Carols as well.
The program begins promptly at 4pm and is free to the public.
