Sheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified a permit between the county and the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) to encroach on a public right-of-way administered by the Transportation Commission of Wyoming and WYDOT to conduct work on a stream gauge unit attached to a bridge structure on Highway 331 near Owl Creek Road.
