Patty Emma Green Mock, 91, of Sheridan, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017, at Sheridan Memorial Hospital. Patty was born on March 2, 1926 in Moorcroft, WY to William and Lucy (Blankenship) Green. She married George Robert Mock and lived on a ranch outside of Dayton, WY, where they raised registered Hereford Cattle.
Patty was preceded in death by, her husband, her son Clifford George Mock, her brother Ned Green and four sisters, Alta Stockhill, Betty Mueller and Willie Bell. She is survived by her son R.W. (Barbara) Mock of Dayton, WY, her grandchildren, Marci Mock of Sheridan, WY, Von Mock (Kellie Kinert) of Sheridan WY, Betsy Rae Mock of Laramie, WY and three siblings, Robert Green of Krebs Oklahoma, Mary (Bob) Lott of Bonne Terre, MO and Rojean Thompson of Wheatland, WY.
A private family gathering will be held this summer. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sheridan County Fulmer Library, 335 W. Alger, Sheridan, WY 82801 or The Sheridan Dog and Cat Shelter, 84 East Ridge Rd., Sheridan, WY 82801
