Logan James Corley was born on February 28, 1987 in Riverton, Wyoming, the first born child of Jim and Debbie Corley. At the age of five, the family moved to Sheridan. Sheridan was always his home. He attended Sagebrush Elementary School, Central Middle School, and graduated from Sheridan High School in 2005. He attended and graduated from Sheridan College, earning two degrees, attended Montana State University for one year, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Botany from the University of Wyoming in 2014.
Logan always loved science. As a small child, he loved geology and dinosaurs. He later developed a love for the outdoors, plants, trees and all nature. This led to his career as a certified arborist. He worked at the family business, “Quality Hedge & Tree”. He spent many hours hiking, camping, and exploring the Big Horn Mountains. He married the love of his life, Anastasiia Lazebna in 2015. He supported her dreams and helped her so much. They enjoyed traveling together and many trips to the mountains. His hobbies were endless, including hiking, biking, camping, snowboarding, art, photography, and woodworking to name a few. He also loved his role as a big brother for his siblings.
Logan was stolen from us too soon. He died tragically December 20th, 2018 and he will be greatly missed. Logan is survived by his wife, Anastasiia, father Jim Corley, mother Debbie Corley, brother Chad and sister Amanda, uncles Tim (Kathy) Corley and Mike (Myrna) Corley, great uncle Chuck Corley, uncle Bill (Barb) Theisen, aunt Richie (Scott) Oviatt, and numerous cousins and countless friends.
