Letha L. Kegerreis, 76, of Sheridan, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the Billings Clinic.  She was born October 1, 1941 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Peter William and Gladys Elizabeth (Salveson) Kegerreis.

Letha graduated from Sheridan High School in 1959.  After graduation from Sheridan College in 1961, she graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Wyoming in 1963.  She was an Art teacher in Colorado from 1963-67, worked as a Flight attendant for Western Airlines from 1967-71, a Teacher’s aide from 1971-74, and an Elementary Library Media Specialist from 1974-2001.

She was a member of the Sheridan Historical Society.  Letha enjoyed scrapbooking, genealogy, antiques, gardening, and taking care of her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Jeannine Zahradnicek, and brother-in-law, Jim Miller.  Letha is survived by her daughter, Holly R. Charles-Johnson and son-in-law, Christian Johnson; granddaughters, Penelope (Penny) Charles and Danica Johnson; and a sister, Vivian Miller.

At her request, a private family service will be held at a later date.
