An Open House is scheduled for Thursday afternoon at the Johnson County Healthcare Center to show off the first of three phases of their new capital construction project to the public. The first phase includes 10 new inpatient rooms with private bathrooms, a new nursing station that features easier access to patients and supplies, and two negative-pressure rooms to help prevent the spread of infectious diseases to protect both the public and staff. The community is invited to the Open House which will be offered Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m.
