The new Johnson County Fairgrounds Foundation had its kick-off event on Sunday and they were busy serving up 180 root beer floats.

Fundraising is planned to benefit youth programs, cultural preservation, along with enhancing the facilities located at the fairgrounds.
The Foundation is one of three sponsors for Big Horn Mountain Radio’s “best seat for the Fair & Rodeo Parade with proceeds going towards the foundation’s efforts.
The Cowgirl Café & the Treasure Chest are the other two sponsors.
