Taking place earlier on Saturday and just across the street from each other in downtown Buffalo was the grand opening for Lolly’s the new bakery and book signing by local author Gene Gagliano.
Lolly’s, owned and operated by Ray and Laura Hubbard, opened on the north end of the Occidental Hotel building.
The grand opening included a ribbon cutting by the Chamber of Commerce and drew a packed crowd in the small store front location.
Gagliano’s new book “SNAP” was released for sale at The Office and the author took the opportunity to read to young readers in the storefront window.
