The Sheridan City Council met for their first regularly scheduled business meeting of April Monday night. The City Council, by a vote of 5 to 2, gave first reading approval of ordinance 2265 regarding emergency operations. City Attorney Brendon Kerns said the ordinance would clarify the emergency proclamation procedure for the City.
