Walk and Talk with the Doc is a summer wellness series brought to you by JCHC. Participants will walk together once a week on Thursday mornings, rain or shine. Dr. Alyse Williams will join in to have conversation and exercise with the group.
To join, you simply have to show up at Sandy Ward Park at 7 am each Thursday in the summer, starting on May 30, 2019. Wear appropriate shoes and walking gear.
