The Wyoming House of Representatives will be considering controversial concealed carry legislation as early as this afternoon.
According to Representative Mike Madden, the bill if passed would allow concealed carry of handguns on college campuses throughout the state.

University of Wyoming President Laurie Nichols opposes the bill and has suggested there are other ways of providing adequate campus safety.
