SHERIDAN, WY— Burgess Visitor Center reopened on Thursday, August 1, 2019. Arrowhead Lodge, in partnership with the Bighorn National Forest, is taking over management of the facility. The visitor center will be open Wednesday through Monday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The Visitors Center will be used as an event and information center and a gift shop featuring local Wyoming products. Space is available for vendors. In addition, Arrowhead Lodge is looking for Camp Volunteer Couples for the summer season. They have two full hook-up on-site RV spots available for the summer season in exchange for volunteering 20 hours a week at the Event and Visitors’ Center.
