While tens of thousands gathered for the March for Life in the nation’s capital, a much smaller but still committed group of local citizens demonstrated their support for the rights of the unborn.
The March for Life has been an annual event in Washington DC since 1974 and this year’s march received the blessing of Vice President Mike Pence.

The two dozen or so marchers were encouraged to get involved as volunteers in organizations that support the value of life, such as CASA-the Court Appointed Special Advocates and the Pregnancy Legacy Center in Sheridan.
