The Buffalo Trap & Skeet Club shared the organization’s short and long term plans with the City Council on Tuesday.
The club has been in existence since the 1980’s and is located adjacent to the city’s new tech park that is under development.
Board member Jim Dawson told the Council that the club has plans for substantial improvements to the pistol range and hoped their plans did not adversely impact the tech park development…
Curt Ulrich and Jesse Ruby expressed hope that the improvements would allow the club to hold shooting competitions that would bring larger groups to the area for overnight stays that would benefit local businesses…
The council expressed a willingness to continue dialogue with the club to ensure the plans did not impact the tech park development.
