The Veteran’s skilled nursing facility will be coming to Buffalo.
On a 24 to 6 vote on HB82’s 3rd reading in the Senate Thursday, the contentious battle between Casper and Buffalo was laid to rest.
The new legislation now heads back to the House for concurrence on a few technical amendments, while also authorizing the state to accept and allocate the attached federal grant funds.
Once the House finishes its work, the bill will go to Governor Mark Gordon for his signature.
