The Buffalo City Council approved a change order to authorized work on the business park.
According to Public Works Director Les Hook, funding for the gas service was inadvertently left off the final bid for the project.
Due to his employment with Montana-Dakota Utilities, Councilman Dan Hart abstained in the vote to add $11,548 to the project.
