The Buffalo Chamber of Commerce announced the dates for the 8th annual Longmire Days celebration that will once again transform the town of Buffalo into the town of Durant, WY. Fans of the show will continue to flock to Buffalo for a celebration of the TV show, which is based on the book series by local author Craig Johnson. The chamber announced Wednesday that the festival will take place July 18th through the 21st.
Jennifer McCormick, Director of Marketing and Programs for the Chamber, said that they’ll be adding an additional day due to a few new events that will be happening.
McCormick added that the annual event is a huge boost for Buffalo’s economy, and brings people back to Buffalo for reasons other than the festival.
