The Buffalo City Council voted Tuesday to purchase a building located at 18 Plains Drive.
The property is owned by the Kaycee-Buffalo-Johnson County Economic Development Joint Powers Board.
Mayor Shane Schrader explained the reason for the purchase
The purchase price is $215,000.
