The Buffalo Lady Bison defeated Douglas 49 – 46 in the 3A East Regional Championship and will enter the State Tournament as a #1 seed. The Lady Bison tip-off with Mountain View in the first round of the State basketball tournament on Thursday at 6:00pm from the Ford Wyoming Center.

The Sheridan Lady Broncs finished 3rd in the 4A East Regional Tournament with a 51 – 43 win over Campbell County in the third place game. The Lady Broncs will enter the State Tournament as a #3 seed. Sheridan tips-off with Green River in the first round of the State Tournament on Thursday at 9:00am from Natrona County High School.
