The Buell Bybee Pioneer Women entry to the Johnson County Fair & Rodeo Parade was the overall winner in the parade competition.
The 1860 Brougham carriage carried 4th and 6th generation of Buell women and honored the women of the family whose ancestor Hallie Buell was the first white child born in Johnson County.
Other winners in the parade were the Red Rover’s Women of Wyoming’s help growing Buffalo Childcare in the Commercial Division.
The Johnson County Cattlewomen’s Lifetime of Legacy was first in the Adult Individual division and Kountry Kids 4H Club was the youth winner.
St. Luke’s Lutheran Church was also recognized in the church division.
