SHERIDAN COUNTY:

BIG HORN EQUESTRIAN CENTER JULY 4th CELEBRATION-

The annual July 4th Celebration hosted by the Big Horn Equestrian Center is Sheridan County’s most popular way to celebrate the holiday and is one of the largest outdoor events of the summer. Senator Bruce Burns and his team of volunteers will put on a spectacular fireworks display. A suggested donation of at least $10/car is asked at the gate. All proceeds benefit the Big Horn Lions Club. Gates open at 4 P.M. and fireworks begin at 10 P.M. Food trucks, live music, and other vendors will also be on-site.

FIREWORKS IN RANCHESTER-

Due to damage from flooding in Connor Battlefield Park earlier this spring, the Town of Ranchester had to cancel their annual 4th of July celebration, however, those who don’t want to brave the crowds at the equestrian center can still head out to Ranchester for a fireworks display, which the town promises will be “bigger and better than ever.”

Fireworks will be launched from the baseball field in Ranchester sometime between 9:15 – 9:30 P.M. depending on the weather. Ideal viewing locations include behind town hall and along Highway 345.
